Patten turned thirteen on April 11th, yeah!!! The theme for this year was camping, as he is doing a considerable amount with scouts. Of course he loved the tent and the sleeping bag gifts, but his favorite gift was the inflatable pillow!
The birthday boy of course had to try out the new sleep bag and so like any eager boy he slept in it that night, along with his handy dandy inflatable pillow. Special note, we found him a king size sleeping bag, no joking it is long enough for Curtis to sleep in and not hang out. We figured that Patten will be just as big in no time. 
Patten Boy was also so excited about his two man tent that he set it up three days in a row when he got home from school. We so enjoy your enthusiasm Patten Kidd, Happy Birthday, we love you!
