Since we have been here in Texas we have learned a few things. One of them is that you cannot carve a pumpkin any earlier than one week before Halloween. It is so warm here they turn black and moldy. We had fun carving this year and even got a little creative. Rhett and Curtis did an octopus and then the girls made the barfing pumpkin. The best part of carving pumpkins is the facial expression of the kids, Patten's is my favorite.
Your kids do have great horror pumpkin faces. That's funny. Love the barfing pumpkin. Yeah we can't carve pumpkins until the day before either--green spider web mold, cockroaches and snakes--true Halloween gore on the pumpkin.
